Ah monsterdag i Danmark igår! God dryck på Mikkeller och kanonmat på Vega! Jag var i Danmarkshimlen! Giget var också kanon med Danskar i högform. Idag är det Kalmars tur att smaka på Hivespiskan och Hives är verkligen på gång.

All righty then! Tomorrow we load up the bus to go to Gothenburg for Fridays first show of Scandinavian tour 2013. Bringing the musical jolly genius The Fume with us. Be there eller var 4-kantigt! Yup even non swedish speaking lads and lassies got that one.

Hell yeah the Hives are on the opposite side of the Tellus globe which means that for us pale skinned men of the north vikings lethal animals and beach life is on the agenda! And of course some rad ass rocking shows. Current numbers for Nick Arson are as follows:
Shows played: 2
Times gone surfing: 3
Stepped in dog poo: 2
Only yesterday I managed to have surfed more times than I had stepped in dog poo on this trip and that felt like somewhat of a victory. Actually did step in something right before surfing yesterday and thought my numbers were pretty depressing but it turned out to be some sort of fruit I think. Pretty soon about to go to venue in a fiery hot Brisbane where I have spend the lions share of the day in a public pool on the south bank of the river. Tonight is a club show so a full Hives set is about to go down in Brissie. The previous 2 festivals (Lorne and Hobart) have of course been proper success stories albeit jet lag came to bite us in the ass a couple of times on the first days over.
For anyone in Brisbane it should be mandatory to show face down at Tivoli where the famous Hives shit is about to go down tonight.
