So The Hives are back on the European continent. We opened up last night at the Docks in Hamburg. Only a block from the Hives famous Molotow where we used to have great shows a couple of years back.
Had great great company in the form and shape of Dan Sartain and Quit your dayjob as well. It sure looks to be a great tour indeed so make sure you come early.
The Hives were sick and tired but managed to squeeze out the rag and deliver to the overtly excited crowd at the Docks. Once again a true testament that Germans love The Hives.
Met the lovely Donnas after the show as well. They popped in to say hi and that threw us off to the extent that we missed to head off to the afterparty at the Molotow. Better luck next time Hives.
And today we take Berlin!
See ya'll there

So. The Hives have finished their amnerican tour. It really feels like this time was extra fun. I am writing this exhausted on my way to the airport to catch our 5 o´clock flight out of here. Thanks to everyone for showing up in such great numbers despite our long absence. Be easy now and take care.

LA was pretty much like always a blast.
Started off with our own show at the Avalon. Had a great show and met lots of friends. I was warm, sweaty and tired after that one.
Next day was the Staples Center which was packed. Show went down real well and The Hives got into a limo and drove off to the afterparty. Long night out made me wake up at 2 oclock today. All worth it though.
In the picture: Chris and our merch guy Jesse at the after party at the Rosevelt hotel.
San Diego next. Holy Rocket From The Crypt ground. Let's not disappoint the gods.
Take it easy
