Venerable Hives,

This is a query for Nick/Vigilante/whoever wants to answer. It's all good, I'm not picky.

I'm a guitar player and I've always wondered what types of amps Nick and Vigilante use most often. Any comments on that topic?

Looking forward to the U.S. album release next month. 'Twill be "off the chain," as they say. I am sure you would agree.

On the records we use tons of different amps. Popular ones beeing the Roland Jazz Chorus and different Fender amps. Usually if you can make an amp that is not supposed to distort distort you are pretty much there.

I must say, you all have some pretty saavy outfits. Do you have a personal designer?

We usually draw it on cocktail napkins and then have a tailor and/or designer make it.

Sure. If we meet we will sign stuff. Sometimes it is hard at the shows though. Lots of people and we don´t meet everyone.
